What to do if you are unhappy with your purchase

If you are unhappy with your purchase and you do not feel that The Website Identity Framework (The WIF®) is a good fit for your business, then you may be eligible for a refund if your purchase was made within the last 7 days.

Refund policy details

The small print: 

1. Refunds are made purely at the discretion of Imogen Allen of Umbrella Digital Media and creator of The Website Identity Framework (The WIF®)

2. No refunds will be eligible after 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. As this is a digital product and cannot be physically returned if the course content has been consumed, downloaded or implemented then no refunds will be made, even within the 7-day refund eligibility period.
