The more information I know from the start, the smoother the design process will be. I would like to ask you a few questions, this will take a little bit of time, maybe 15-20 minutes. Complete as much as you can but don’t overthink or over-worry about your answers, just answer as naturally as you can with what you know. If you leave some blanks, that’s fine too. We will have the opportunity to talk through some of the details as we get your project underway.
